Information and Quality

The vast majority of images on the site are taken using a Canon EOS camera and Canon equipment - editing is undertaken using Photoshop software.

All prints (with the exception of Greetings Cards) are printed by a well-established, professional company who use 'laser photographic printers using silver halide paper and processed with RA4 chemicals - all our prints are printed on Kodak Endura Papers' whose 'life expectancy would be 100 years in normal conditions and 200 years in archival conditions'. This is a first rate printing company!

Alternatively, you may choose to purchase your image complete with mount, the mounts are acid-free and cut to a high tolerance, specification and quality.

Prints are available in many sizes, please see drop down box on individual images on the site, however, should you wish for an image in a size not displayed then please contact me to discuss your preference. Please note that there may be a slight variance in the purchased image compared with the 'on-screen' image - this is due in part to the calibration quality of your monitor and the file size of the website image. NB This has not caused any problems to date!

Images can also be supplied in a variety of styles: mounted on card, foamboard, foamex or dry-mounted. PVC Foamex images are extremely popular and offer a more contemporary style of presentation. These images are mounted and then sealed using either satin or gloss finish (to your specification). This seal offers maximum protection from: fingerprints, minor bumps and bangs and, most importantly, from UV and light deterioration. The only recommendation I might add is to avoid hanging these ready-to-hang images in positions of extremes of direct heat, moisture and direct sun.
